Paper Format Requirements
Papers must be written on A4 format using the official IEEE Conference Template. Manuscripts must be a minimum of 4 pages and up to 6 pages, including all figures, tables, references, and appendices. Submissions exceeding 8 pages will not be processed. We strongly recommend using the IEEE templates available at: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html.

Paper Submission Guidelines
Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers for review. Only original papers not published or submitted elsewhere will be considered. Technical papers must be submitted through the EDAS Paper Processing System. During submission, authors must ensure that the PDF file and the EDAS metadata (title, authors, affiliations) are consistent. Author information in EDAS cannot be changed after review.

- The manuscript must be written in English.
- Format: IEEE two-column, single-spaced, 10-point font.
- Maximum length: 6 pages.
- Submission format: PDF only.
- Papers must be submitted electronically using EDAS.

PDF IEEE Xplore Compliance
Conference papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format (max 20 MB). All accepted and presented papers are subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Ensure that all fonts are embedded and subsetted. Non-compliant PDFs may be rejected.

No-Show Policy
According to IEEE policy, each paper must be presented by one author of the paper. Papers with no-show participants will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore. No refund of the paid fees may be claimed.
